二、品質問題 / 錯發商品
如您收到商品存在以下情況:
- 商品損壞或有缺陷
- 收到錯誤商品(款式 / 尺碼 / 顏色不符)
請在 收貨後7天內聯絡客服 並提供相關照片,我們將為您提供:
- 免費更換商品
或 - 全額退款(含運費)
三、退貨流程
- 聯絡客服提交退貨申請
- 提供訂單號及退貨原因
- 獲取退貨地址
- 使用可追蹤物流寄回商品
⚠️ 未經授權退回的商品將不被接受
四、運費說明
- 品質問題 / 錯發:由我們承擔運費
- 非品質問題:退貨運費由顧客承擔
- 原始運費一般不予退還
五、退款說明
- 我們將在收到並檢查退貨後 3–7個工作日內處理退款
- 退款將退回至原支付方式
- 到帳時間視支付機構而定
六、換貨說明
目前我們不提供直接換貨服務。
如需更換商品,請先申請退貨並重新下單。
七、不支持退貨的情況
以下情況不支持退貨:

- 人為損壞

1. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Item remains in its original condition (no damage, stains, or odors)
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included
- Provide a valid proof of purchase
2. Quality Issues / Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that:
- Is defective or damaged
- Is the wrong item (style, size, or color mismatch)
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer:
- Free replacement
or - Full refund (including shipping)
3. Return Process
- Contact customer service to submit a return request
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive the return address
- Ship the item back using trackable shipping
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
4. Shipping Costs
- Quality issue / wrong item: shipping costs covered by us
- Non-quality issue returns: shipping costs borne by the customer
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- The actual time to reach your account depends on your payment provider
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items damaged by the customer
- Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Items returned after the return window
