1.1. 我們為中原環球有限公司(Central Team Global Company Limited,以下簡稱「我們」、「本公司」或「SofoBloom」)的全資附屬品牌,擁有並經營 SofoBloom 網站(www.sofobloom.com)及相關手機應用程式。我們透過互聯網提供便捷購物體驗,專為職場女性設計舒適通勤鞋,並提供全天候產品資訊(統稱「服務」)。
1.2. 閣下使用本網站或應用程式,即表示同意受本條款及細則約束。請仔細閱讀本條款。
1.3. 我們保留權利,隨時在無需事先通知的情況下修訂本條款及細則,修訂自網站發佈日起生效。閣下繼續使用本網站或服務,即視為同意最新條款。

4.4. 我們支持多種信用卡付款,具體請在付款頁面查看。閣下提交訂單即授權我們從指定信用卡扣款,並保證有權使用該信用卡。商品所有權於全數付款後轉移。
4.5. 我們使用第三方付款服務處理交易。閣下同意其信用卡資料將被收集、處理及儲存,並自行承擔交易風險,我們概不負責。
5. 送貨
5.1. 我們保留拒絕送貨權利。
5.2. 商品送抵指定地址時,閣下成為擁有者並承擔風險,地址可為第三方物流供應商地址。
香港送貨:
5.3. 除農曆新年首兩天、八號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告外,我們於香港特定地區每日送貨,暫不服務偏遠地區、離島或無升降機樓宇。如拒絕送貨,閣下須自取商品,我們不接受取消或退款。
5.4. 商品由我們或第三方供應商送至指定地址,閣下須出示身份證明確認收貨。送抵即視為交付,若未能接收,閣下同意我們可收取額外費用或取消訂單,無須退款或賠償。
5.5. 我們力爭於訂單接受後24小時內送貨,閣下可選送貨時段。送貨時間為估計,若延誤我們將通知進度,閣下同意不接受取消或退款。
6. 退貨或更換
6.1. 除另有規定,概不接受退貨或更換,請先閱退貨政策。
6.2. 如商品有缺陷、損壞(非閣下責任)或與訂單不符,可於收貨後7日內申請退貨或更換,須符合:
6.2.1. 退貨政策;
6.2.2. 商品未使用,含所有配件及包裝;
6.2.3. 包裝原狀;
6.2.4. 透過客戶服務聊天室申請並於指定期間退貨。
6.3. 退貨款項將退回閣下原付款帳戶,金額按實際支付計算,扣除促銷折扣。閣下同意退款以原付款方式處理。
6.4. 更換視存貨而定,我們有權決定是否接受退貨或更換。
7. 免責聲明及責任限制
7.1. 我們不保證網站或應用程式無阻礙、可靠或無故障。
7.2. 網站內容(包括商品資訊)及篩選功能僅供參考,不保證準確或完整。
7.3. 閣下同意互聯網數據傳輸無完全安全保證,傳輸風險自行承擔。

1.1. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary brand of Central Team Global Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our Company,” or “SofoBloom”). We own and operate the SofoBloom website (www.sofobloom.com) and related mobile applications. We provide convenient online shopping experiences, specifically offering comfortable work-appropriate shoes for professional women, along with 24/7 product information (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2. By using this website or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.3. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.

2.2. You warrant that all orders placed through the Website are within your lawful authority.
2.3. You agree to:

3. Ordering
3.1. We manage the Website, order processing, and delivery arrangements. By placing an order, you agree to purchase at the displayed price.
3.2. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted, even if not yet accepted by us.
3.3. We will confirm your order by email, which includes:
3.3.1. Order details;
3.3.2. Price details;
3.3.3. Tracking information;
3.3.4. Estimated delivery information.
This email signifies acceptance of your order. You may track your order on the Website.
3.4. If some items are not accepted, we will send a separate confirmation email for the remaining items.

3.6. We may refuse or cancel orders for the following reasons:

3.7. If an order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and refund your credit card within 30 days. You agree that no compensation is payable.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. We endeavor to ensure Website pricing is accurate and current, but cannot guarantee the final price until the order is accepted.
4.2. If the price at order acceptance is higher than at order submission, we will:
4.2.1. Cancel the order; or
4.2.2. Contact you to confirm whether you agree to pay the higher price.
4.3. If an order is cancelled and payment has been made, we will refund your credit card, and no compensation is owed.
4.4. We accept multiple credit cards; please refer to the payment page. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the specified credit card and warrant that you are authorized to use it. Ownership of the Products transfers upon full payment.
4.5. We use third-party payment services to process transactions. You agree that your credit card information may be collected, processed, and stored by these services, and you assume the risks of the transaction. We are not responsible for any related issues.
5. Delivery
5.1. We reserve the right to refuse delivery.
5.2. Products become your property and risk when delivered to the specified address, which may include a third-party logistics provider’s address.
Hong Kong Delivery:
5.3. Except for the first two days of Lunar New Year, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, we deliver daily to specified areas in Hong Kong. Remote areas, outlying islands, or buildings without elevators are not serviced. If delivery is refused, you must collect the Products yourself. No cancellation or refund is allowed.
5.4. Products are delivered by us or a third-party supplier. You must present identification to confirm receipt. Delivery constitutes acceptance. If delivery fails, additional charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled, without refund or compensation.
5.5. We strive to deliver within 24 hours of order acceptance. You may select a delivery time slot. Delivery times are estimates; delays will be notified, and you agree that cancellation or refund is not allowed.
6. Returns or Exchanges
6.1. Except as otherwise stated, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please review our Return Policy.
6.2. If Products are defective, damaged (not due to your fault), or not as ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
6.2.1. Return Policy is followed;
6.2.2. Products are unused and include all accessories and packaging;
6.2.3. Packaging is in original condition;
6.2.4. Return request is submitted via Customer Service chat and returned within the specified period.
6.3. Refunds will be made to the original payment method for the actual amount paid, less any promotional discounts. You agree refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
6.4. Exchanges depend on stock availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject returns or exchanges.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1. We do not guarantee the Website or application will be uninterrupted, reliable, or error-free.
7.2. Website content (including Product information) and filtering functions are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
7.3. You agree that internet data transmission is never completely secure, and you assume the risk of transmission.
